
Dr. Morris Dulaney, Jr.-Senior Pastor
Dr. Morris Dulaney Jr. is the Senior Pastor of Word of Faith Pentecostal Church. He was baptized in the Name of Jesus in 1972 in Pomona, California, and filled with the Holy Ghost in 1976 in Los Angeles. Called to the ministry in 1988 at Greater Zion Apostolic Church, he was licensed in 1989 and ordained in 1994 through the California Nevada Hawaii District Council of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World.
Dr. Dulaney served for many years as Assistant Pastor before being appointed Senior Pastor in 2015 following the retirement of the founding pastor. He has worked in all areas of church administration, teaching, preaching, and governance.
He holds multiple academic and theological degrees, including a Ph.D. and Th.D. from California University of Theology, and serves as an instructor and board member at the university. Dr. Dulaney is the founder of The Good Samaritan Community Counseling Center and co-founder of the Markey Foundation, supporting ministries and orphaned children in El Salvador.
He is the recipient of numerous honors, including a Congressional Recognition for community service and a 2025 Lifetime Achievement Award for Ministry. Dr. Dulaney is married to Dr. Pattye Dulaney, and they will celebrate 45 years of marriage in 2026.

Patricia (Pattye) Dulaney is a devoted servant of God whose deep love for his people was ignited at the age of 15, when she was saved under the leadership of the late Bishop John Corley at Christ Temple Apostolic Church in Altadena, California.
She faithfully serves alongside her husband, Dr. Morris L. Dulaney, Jr., Pastor of Word of Faith Pentecostal Church in Anaheim, California. As Elect Lady, she plays an integral role in the ministry, providing both spiritual and organizational leadership. She serves on multiple committees and oversees the women’s Auxiliary, which hosts a successful annual women’s conference. Through this ministry, she creates a welcoming space for women of all backgrounds to connect, grow in faith, and build meaningful, lasting relationships with God and one another.
A lifelong learner and example of perseverance, Pattye returned to school after her children reached adulthood. She earned a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, a master’s degree in public administration, and a doctorate in Philosophy. She currently works as a manager for the Orange County Superior Court.
She and Dr. Dulaney have been married for 45 years. Together, they are the proud parents of two children, and they cherish their growing legacy of seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
