Bishop Morris L. Dulaney, Sr.
In 1957, Our Pastor Dr. Morris L. Dulaney, Sr. was baptized in the name of Jesus Christ and filled with the Holy Ghost in the city of Pasadena, Ca. While under the leadership of the late Dist. Elder Thomas
Kinslow, he worked faithfully as a Sunday School Superintendent and Young People's President. He was called to the ministry in 1958 which eventually led to him serving as the assistant pastor to Dist. Elder
Kinslow.

In 1985, Doctor Dulaney was elevated to the office of District Elder and placed over District #10 by the late Diocesan, Bishop Robert W. McMurray. In 1996, Bishop Henry L. Johnson placed him over District #6 where he is currently serving.
In 1988, Pastor Dulaney proudly received his Doctor of Theology Degree from the Pentecostal Bible College in
Tuskegee, Alabama. More recently, he received his Doctor of Divinity Degree from Aenon Bible College.
